We have two factories located in Shenzhen and Dongguan with a total area of 3,000 square meters. We have 6 automated production lines equipped with high-end shielded rooms, intelligent monitoring aging racks, ultrasonic devices, and automatic packaging machines.
R&D and Design Support for OEM/ODM Projects
Xiaoqishi has outstanding ID, MD, and electronic R&D teams, as well as a reliable laboratory. We have our own software algorithm team, hardware and PCB layout department, and acoustic laboratory. We provide one-stop OEM and ODM services, dedicating 20% of our profits to the R&D annually, and launching about 80 products with independent intellectual property rights.

Procedures and Practices
1) Design product structure according to market requirements and product features.
2) Draw 3D structural drawings and make 3D digital samples.
3) Further adjust and modify the 3D structure drawing, and open the tooling according to the 3D digital sample.
4) Draw the circuit board.
5) Trial mold proofing, test whether the function and structure of the circuit board are consistent with the product structure or not.
6) Continue to modify and improve the mold according to the mold trial structure.
7) Improve the circuit board and product structure configuration to achieve perfect integration.
